SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. If you are wanting express shipping, please email us at hello@thatcandleco.com and we'll do our best. All orders are processed and shipped from our Coquitlam shop within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our shop.

 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment from www.thatcandleco.com if photographic proof of damage and receipt is submitted to hello@thatcandleco.com within 48 hours of arrival.

Please note: We cannot accept exchanges, returns or refunds on sale items, gift cards, limited edition/collaboration items.

Want to cancel an order already made? Please email us within 24 hours of your order time, cancellation is not guaranteed if package has already left our facility. 

 
Sale and Limited Edition Items

We cannot accept exchanges, refunds or returns on sale items, gift cards, or limited edition products. If you purchased directly before a sale, we unfortunately cannot price match the item. 


Shipping 
If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
